How do I contact STI for help?

For technical support, customer service, and new accounts, please call us at 559-683-4611 or 209-966-3636. If you are not in the Oakhurst/Mariposa area, call us toll free at 1-877-658-4611. You may also email us at support@sti.net.

What are the STI mail server names?

Incoming (POP3): mail.sti.net

  • Port 110

Outgoing (SMTP): smtpa.sti.net

  • Port 587, with authentication, no SSL

Does STI require smtp authentication?

Yes, we do. See SMTP Authentication for help configuring your email program.

How can I check my mail without setting up an email program?

STI provides Webmail so you can check your email without setting up an email program. We recommend this option when you are travelling or need to use a borrowed computer.
